The candidate should be able to install and configure the SIP dialers (Vicidial, FreePBX, Elastix, Goautodial, Asterisk Based, PBX in flash etc).The candidate should be able to create the customers, Agents, Groups, Carrier Settings and campaigns on SIP dialers and Asterisk. The candidate should be able to handle the technical queries by the clients. Strong engineering and operational experience in service provider networks. In-depth understanding of SIP, RTP and RTCP interworking.
Experience configuring and maintaining Open Source SIP Server Software including patching, upgrades, logs, debugs and virtual traces. In-depth understanding of Open Source PBX features, configuration, deployment and support. Understanding of network server policies, routing network elements and collocation modeling.
Strong telecommunications and IP networking background in troubleshooting and

Strong understanding of VoIP protocols like SIP, H232, MGCP.
- Advance knowledge of SIP based telephony architectures, Unified Communications technology and *Application Servers* Familiarity with SBC & application switches is big plus .
- Desirable understanding of protocols like DNS, NAT, RADIUS, SNMP, etc .
- Desirable working knowledge of tools like ethereal/ wireshark/ tcpdump/ sipp/ etc .
- Desirable skills and experience include 3GPP/ IMS, WebRTC.
- Hands- on knowledge of linux/ unix commands.

Good knowledge of VoIP and SIP.

Good experience in troubleshooting issues using tools like wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
