➢ candidate should have experience in sales and marketing preferably digital marketing with proven skill sets.
➢ handling a team of sales coordinators/ sales representatives for sales in specific areas.
➢ ensuring primary and secondary target are achieved on monthly, quarterly, and annually.
➢ preparing annual business plan for marketing activities like brochures, pamphlets, digital marketing activities, business conferences, trade fairs, etc. and execute and report the same along with team & organization.
➢ handing a team of sales coordinators and executives of each state and driving sales and company's organizational goal. work from office.
➢ visiting and monitoring each states performance of sales executives & distributor wise growth.
➢ responsible for-profit centre state wise and utilization of budgets effectively.
➢ key account management for the allotted territories.
➢ sales mis and marketing campaign goal setting and reporting on monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
➢ sales budgeting, periodic forecasting and providing medium term sales outlook to senior management as & when required.
➢ meeting annual revenue targets, market penetration kras and planned business growth in key customer segments.
➢ maintaining smooth relationships at operational levels at key customers and build client loyalty.
➢ troubleshooting of complaints reported by customers and provide critical inputs and feedback on real-time basis.
➢ build and maintain an efficient and proactive market intelligence system/network to provide the company a definite competitive edge.
➢ identify and attract new customers (including distributors), strategic planning, continuously increase market intelligence, negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance.
➢ identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly. in charge of customer inspections, approvals with various bodies.
