Job Description

1. TARGET: Meet Sales Targets (Corporate Events) as communicated by the leadership team.

2. DATABASE, PROSPECT & LEADS: Collect Database and Explore Prospects to Generate Leads to maintain a Continuous Business Flow Pipeline for up to 12 months and beyond.

3. PITCH: Make presentations of the services offered by the organization to prospective customers in order to generate sales.

4. CLOSURE & DEBRIEF: Identify the hurdle, address them; Prepare and finalize the deal/ quote for clients. Convert Business, Contract the closure. Debrief the Operations Team. Realization of Final Payment.

5. CUSTOMER RELATIONS: Maintain excellent customer relations with existing and prospective clients by developing and implementing strategies useful in improving customer relationships, dedication, satisfaction, and experience.

KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED (for fulfilling the responsibilities & meeting expectations)

1. Generate Sales Leads.

2. Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

3. Identify and gather business-related Databases and strategically segregate them.

4. Actively prospect new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, flash calls, market mapping, and social media.

5. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

6. Resolving issues or complaints in a timely manner.

7. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the services we offer.

8. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

9. Participate on behalf of the company in meetings, exhibitions, or conferences.

10. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

11. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

12. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

13. Updating social media, websites, etc. on a regular basis.

14. Attending events managed/services provided by the organization regularly.
