Job Description

• 2 to 5 years experience

• All statutory compliances, PF, ESIC, LWP, Bonus, Gratuity, PT, Employment Exchange, Minimum Wages, and all returns etc.

• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

• Good in industrial relations (IR), labour matters and resolving individual and collective employee/labour disputes. Excellent relations with various statutory authorities or an ability to do so.

• Have worked with at least 4-5 state compliances

• Good excel knowledge

• Willing to join immediately
