To complete the live projects that will be assigned to you by the Lead - Talent Acquisition ( LEAD TA ). These live projects will give you the opportunity to do the recruitment for our PARTNER EMPLOYERS
To maintain the Vacancy Tracker daily regarding all the activities done by you related to the following:
Vacancy Set-Up
Creating Application Form for Candidates as per the standard template
Designing SEARCH Course Set-Up in Schoology
Vacancy Publishing
To Share the message in relevant Whatsapp Groups
To mail the registered candidates through SendinBlu ( online tool to send bulk mails and sms )
To publish on Enable’s Linked-In profile with relevant tags and similarly to Enable’s other social networking profiles.
To mail to relevant colleges in the database
To publish in Enable’s Naukri Portal
To publish in Enable’s Internshala Portal, if applicable
Vacancy Processing
To update the candidate’s status in the in RESPONSE GOOGLE SPREADSHEET generated from the application form
To do the eligibility assessment
To do the shortlisting and informing the shortlisted and rejected applicants
To archive the CVs of the rejected candidates who have been shortlisted by Enable but rejected by the end client / employer
To share the profiles of shortlisted applicants to the employer / end client like CV and other files like self introduction video and summary excel sheet
To inform the finally selected applicant
To register feedback of successful applicant, employer regarding Enable’s process in the form of a testimonial
Invoicing and Collection
To raise the invoice on the day of joining of the successful candidates
To do the follow-up for the collection of the payment from the employer / end client
