What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 End-to-end recruitment for the Healthcare, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Diagnostics & Hospitals sectors.

🔹 Source, develop, and manage candidate relationships within these industries.

🔹 Qualify candidate suitability for current and future roles through best practices.

🔹 New client acquisitions and business development to expand our reach.

🔹 Build and maintain strong professional networks through calling, networking, and lead generation.

🔹 Engage in social media and marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

🔹 Utilize in-house CRM tools to manage data and pipelines.

🔹 Work under pressure and meet business goals.
