Oversee recruitment and hiring process for technical as well as non-technical profiles.

Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills

Contact references and perform background checks

Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions

Hire or refer qualified candidates

Process paperwork

Implement new sourcing methods (. social recruiting and Campus Hiring etc)

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment along with a background in technical recruitment.

Ingenuity to deploy creative recruitment tactics to accelerate hiring.

Must be a graduate.

Any background in hiring react and developers is an extra advantage.
