Urgent Requirement For Associate Interpreter Support

Job Title: Translation/ Interpretation Support (Associate Customer Support Offer letter designation)

Contract duration: 2 months + 12 months renewable contract

Language proficiency: Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese & English

Project: Healthcare

Type of role: Translation support between doctors and patients based in the US

Experience range: Any experience (we can consider a mix of freshers/experienced translators/CS candidates)

Open for SPM/Diploma/Degree holders

Shifts: Permanent night shift, shift allowances provided

Work location: Tech M, Cyberjaya, Selangor

Full time office mode

5 days per week (Monday to Friday), regular Saturday & Sunday Off

Working hours: 9 PM to 6 AM / 10 PM to 7 AM

Salary range:

Basic salary: RM 4000 5000

Transportation allowance: RM 500 per month (pro-rated) based on the number of working days travelled

Night shift allowance: RM 550 (Pro-rated)

Total all-inclusive salary: 5000 6000+

Sign on bonus: RM 1000 upon contract extension of 12 months

Maternity Leave for 98 consecutive days for female associate. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date or post the due date.
