Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to work within the Growth Marketing team to ensure service excellence in the delivery of all SEO projects to our clients across South East Asia. The role will also act as an interface between Client Servicing and Delivery ensuring client expectations are exceeded, SEO recommendations are implemented following the agreed SLA and client delivery is optimized based on client requirements. The role will also form part of the broader regional Growth Marketing team, working on product development and ensuring that GrowthOps market-leading SEO offering.
Key Responsibilities
Team Based:
-Accountability for the execution and delivery of SEO projects in Southeast Asia.
-To execute and optimize campaign strategies for our clients with the guidance of the wider Growth Marketing team in Asia.
-Work with Director to help them create an SEO strategy
-Work with Director to help them in new pitches
Technology/Product development:
-Understand the broader SEO marketplace, recent SEO technical updates.
-Work with the Growth Marketing Lead to identify the optimal technology, tools, and solutions to enable world-class delivery for GrowthOps clients.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies:
-Proven track record of assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results in a fast-paced online environment.
-Experience and expertise in SEO tools (such as Google Search Console, SEMRush, MOZ, aHref among others).
-Be a self-starter and drive initiative to improve client website visibility.
-Strong understanding of implementation experience of SEO fundamentals (page markup, schema, URL structures, site crawl performance, metadata, etc).
-Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Problem solver.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
-Proficient experience in G Suite products.
