Profile: Counsellor

We are looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor with a background in the education industry, having 3-4 years of expertise in admission-related functions. This role involves a blend of marketing, business development communication, and counselling sessions to effectively guide potential students through the admission process.

1. Admission Consultation

�� Support students throughout the admission process by addressing inquiries, guiding them through required documentation, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

�� Provide detailed information about the courses, and career prospects.

2. Marketing and Outreach

�� Participate in targeted marketing activities, including outreach events, to attract potential students.

�� Provide insights and feedback to improve our course and services.

3. Application Management

�� Manage the end-to-end admission process, ensuring that applicants are well-informed and supported through each stage.

�� Utilize effective communication channels to keep applicants updated on their application status.

4. Counselling Session

�� Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address queries, concerns, and career-related issues.

�� Guide students in making informed decisions about their training and career paths.

5. Admission target Achievement
