Handle your team of sales executive and try to gain more and more business from them

Train your team. motivate your team and develop your team to gain more and more business from them

Help each team members in gaining business form open market

Maintain relationship with stakeholder

Maintain good relationship with existing customers and try to gain more and more business from their referrals

Achieve monthly sales targets

Make strategies to gain more and more business from your team

Maintain report of each team members performance and provide it to your supervisor
