Job description:

This is a sales job, which requires you to travel for your assigned geography, APs (Agents), LAs and customer's location (as and when required).

- You will be evaluated on your ability to build a strong distribution and sustainable network to meet your business targets (No. of active, successful APs (Agents) and LAs, distribution build up and overall premium targets).

- As a team manager, you will accompany the team of APs on pre and post sales.

- Kotak Life believes in technology driven sales and you will learn new technology/Mobility enhancements, to comply with the Sales Management Process.

- As a business development professional, you will be upholding organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity. You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and statutory regulations

- Variable Agency is a fast-growing sales channel, which leverages distribution of insurance products through Life Advisors. The APs recruit, develop and train the New Life Advisors (LA) for life insurance sales

Location: - Kolkata, Asansol, Siliguri. Raipur

Agency Partner will get with more than 50 % (fifty percent) pay out on their business plus Rs Fixed Per Month.
