Role: Associated Agency Development Manager - AADM

Client: Life Insurance Company

Roles & Responsibilities:

Agent recruitment :

- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line

- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring

- Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company

Agent Development :

- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits

- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same

- Meet Business Targets

- Achievement of key business vectors

- Improve agent productivity & retention

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.

- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same.

Required Experience : 1 to 6 years

Within City minimum 4 years Experience

1+Years Experience in Field Sales

Minimum 1 years for AADM (Will be added advantage)

Age criteria:24 to 38 yrs

Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum Qualification :

Graduate (any discipline) with Field sales experience of at least 1+Years

Starting Salary

3L to 6 L
