Conduct daily morning meeting in workshop with floor team

Cascading Service information's/ bulletins to the team

Ensure workshop readiness in terms of manpower, tools & equipment's

Technicians Skill matrix review and their improvement planning

Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centres

Ensure policy implementation as derived by DICV

Implement changes/modifications in workshop based on customer’s feedback

Repeat complaint monitoring & analysis, countermeasures for the same

Monitor Service Measure deployment on time.

Maintain workforce morale and motivation in the workshop
