THE POWER OF MIND is seeking for enthusiastic Assistant teacher to join our academic team. The Assistant Teacher will support the educational and developmental needs of students. Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing engaging and develop lesson plans.

• Provide individualized support and instruction to students based on their learning needs and abilities.

• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Supervise students during classroom activities and outdoor play.

• Assess student progress and develop strategies for improvement.

• Help create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

• Support lead teachers in communicating with parents/guardians regarding student progress

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).

• Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred.

• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children.
