Assistant Sales Manager (in UAE)

Job Description

GENIUS ATTESTATION - UAE

- Company: Learn about company, Vision, Mision, and Culture

- Product: Master the product portfolio and product profile

- Customer: Understand customer profile and how to reach them

- Need: Understand the need of the product, master the frequently asked questions

(FAQ's) of the customer.

- Practice: Practice the sales script, sales pitch and record it

- Expectation Setting: Ensure you have met 100% of the expectation set by the company

- KPI & IPAR: Understand your Key Performance Indicators and Individual Performance Analysis report

- Builds business by identifying prospects and selling them to make them clients and subsequently building relationships with them as clients.

- Demonstrating, presenting, and Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;

- Recommending solutions and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

- Researching and recommending new opportunities and recommending profit and service improvements.

- Prepares easy-to-interpret reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing

information

- Meet than the target of LDRC - Leads, Document, Revenue & Cash collection

- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.

- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services

- Professional yet affable disposition. Neat, well-groomed t networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills

Compensation: INR 70,000/ 3,500 AED Per Month.
