Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Concept selling with monthly / quarterly targets new business development and renewals.
2) Inviting members / prospective members for company events.
3) Coordinating with the member and back-end team for documentation and closing.
4) Maintaining member relationship.
5) Create and update Jewellers database on a daily / weekly basis.
6) Speak to existing members and convert to advertise OR sponsorship.
7) Build professional rapport with clients, understand their core needs, collecting feedback and sharing the same internally.
8) Willing to speak to jewellers/associations, set up meetings and visit prospects and convert to clients along with regional team, if required.
9) Able to cross sell to existing clients, increase client wallet and market share of company.
10) Create sales reports daily / weekly / monthly.
11) Other event / project-based activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Graduate from any stream.
2) Outgoing, flexible, reliable and passionate about sales and meeting people.
3) Possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
