ASM (Assistant Sales Manager)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

2. Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

3. Train, coach, and develop staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.

4. Schedule staff shifts and allocate tasks according to workload and business needs.

5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in retail management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and coach team members.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

4. Knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques, merchandising principles, and inventory management.
