Job Summary: The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in achieving the company's sales objectives. This role involves managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales principles, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Sales Strategy Development:
Assist in the creation and implementation of sales strategies to meet business targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and senior management.
Assist in developing sales forecasts and setting targets.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base.
