Job Title:

Lead Assistant Manager / Sales Department - B2B

Job Summary:

The Lead Assistant Manager / Sales Department - B2B is primarily responsible for building strong relationships with business

clients and organizations, and encouraging them to purchase our products or services. This individual leads the sales team,

identifies new business opportunities, and streamlines the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and regularly update them about new products and services.

2 Identify new business opportunities and present our services to potential clients through meetings and presentations.

3 Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.

4 Train and lead the sales team, and work towards improving their skills.

5 Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

6 Maintain sales records, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and present them to senior management.

7 Collect customer feedback and work with the team to improve products/services based on this feedback.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

Educational: Graduation/Post graduation/Diploma

Experience: Professional experience in building business relationships and B2B sales.

Technical Skills: Good Microsoft Office Knowledge

Soft Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Upto 1 Lakhs INR Per Month

Location and Work Schedule:

Agra, UP & 10AM - 7PM (Base location)
