Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.

Property Listings: Create, manage, and update property listings across multiple platforms and channels.

Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate property sales, guiding clients through the buying or selling process to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and zoning regulations to provide clients with accurate information.

Lead Generation: Utilize your network, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies to find potential buyers and sellers.

Open Houses & Showings: Organize and conduct property showings and open houses for prospective buyers.

Transaction Management: Oversee the contract process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings, generate interest, and create strategic marketing plans for clients.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and sellers alike.

Required Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and properties effectively.

Proficiency in real estate CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [residential/commercial] real estate.

Previous experience working with a Reputed Real Estate Developer ( at Least 3 Years )
