We are hiring for Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Team Support: Assist the Sales Manager in leading, mentoring, and
developing the sales team to ensure high performance.
Sales Targets: Help in setting sales targets for individual sales
representatives and the team, and work with the team to achieve these
targets.
Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with key
clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategies: Contribute to the creation and implementation of
effective sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales
Manager, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and
ensure that the sales team provides high-quality customer service.
Sales Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to
the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including
Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to align sales
strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
B. tech ()/B. E () minimum experience in a manufacturing company of 3
years in sales department.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the sales process, market
dynamics, and industry trends
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-
focused with a high level of integrity.
Building and maintaining good work relationships with customers.
