Functional Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PimCore application to ensure robust performance and functionality.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and improvements in PimCore.

• Design and implement efficient data models and workflows within the PimCore framework.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PimCore application to ensure seamless user experience.

• Manage and close Level 2 (L2) support tickets promptly, providing effective solutions to reported issues.

• Document technical processes, configurations, and changes related to PimCore development and L2 ticket resolutions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of development and support tasks.
