Roles and Responsibilities

Will be on complete field work.

Sourcing Candidates relevant to Trainers Profile.

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties to ensure Training goals are achieved.

Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, NGO’s etc.

Doing on Field Marketing Activities for Hiring Trainers and Sourcing Training Leads.

Smooth On-Boarding of New Trainers as per company’s norms.

Monitoring of ongoing Training Quality on Field.

Cash Collection from Clients and Trainers.

Reporting and Assisting to City Manager for other assigned tasks.

Maintaining Reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be able to communicate in Hindi + English and well versed with their regional language.

Enthusiastic, energetic

Ability to convert leads into sales.

Communicate effectively with Trainers.

Should be Street Smart.
