Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

-Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.

-Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.

-Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.

-Contribution in cost and price calculations.

-Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.

-Searching for new tenders.

-Analyzing potential tenders.

-Tender preparation and bid submission.

-Follow up on a bid.

-Understanding of the tender management process.

-To follow relevant procedures for tender compilation.

-To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company.

-Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.

-Updating tender files and software for the same.

-Preparing daily/weekly and monthly reports.

Required Skills :

-Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal interacting with very professional clients from the Marine Industry.

-The candidate needs to be dynamic and open to applying new strategies.

-Knowledge of Tendering(GEM portal).

-Prior experience in tenders.

-Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.

-Should be able to handle all the work related to tenders & contracts ., bid submission, preparation of documents, handling customer clarifications, --understanding customer’s needs, and coordination with clients on tenders.

Qualifications :

-Engineering Background (B. Tech or Mechanical Diploma), Need to have technical knowledge.

-A Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience is required. Candidates from Marine industry will be preferred.

-Talent in negotiations and networking.

-Need to Have SAP Knowledge.
