Answering queries & attending calls generated through digital platform.

Understanding the patient's concern and attending their queries regarding the treatment.

Data maintenance and regular follow ups.

Conversion of leads to actual sales that in turn leads to the revenue growth

Problem solving attributes and patience for patient handling.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for connecting with patients.

Fluency in English & Bengali (for international patients) will be preferred.

Knowledge of medical insurances (Govt. & Non-Govt.) will be an added advantage.
