GST
Effective compilation, reconciliation of data, and filing of GST returns of West Coast Group.
To prepare reports of GST returns and payments in the prescribed format on monthly basis
Timely Follow up with the concerned personnel within the organisation GST reconciliation
Timely adherence to compliance policies already in place in the organisation.
Ensuring timely collection of requisite documents from the concerned person for GST returns and expeditious processing of GST refunds
Visit to various GST departments if required.
Timely reconciliation of GST returns and payments with the Books of Accounts of West Coast Group
Preparation of reports of all states in prescribed format for audit purpose
VAT/Service Tax/Excise
Timely compilation of data for Assessments of all branches of West Coast Group
Timely compilation of Data for Vat Audits of all branches of West Coast Group within time lines.
Issuance and Receipt of all Forms C/F/H to and from various parties including branches within timelines
Visit to various department for assessments and refund purpose such sales tax and service tax
Income Tax
Ensuring Timely payment of TDS liability and filing of TDS returns and reconciliation of same with the GL accounts
Ensuring Timely preparation of Data in prescribed format of individuals and West Coast group for assessment and appeal purpose
Timely preparation of data to facilitate timely completion of Tax audits of West Coast Group
Visit to consultant's office or department if required
Accounts
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
Total Experience (in years): 4 to 6 years in similar role (Manufacturing, Export-Import Industry)
Educational Qualifications: CA Inter//
Specific Competencies:
Strong computation skills.
Fluency in English. Excellent understanding of accounting processes, Direct & Indirect tax
Experience in presenting case & assessment paper
