Responsibilities:
The role involves targeting and acquiring new accounts through cold calling, prospecting, networking and identifying the CxO level contacts in multiple Industry Segments, engage with them to identify the need for a Technology Solution in a B2B environment, and schedule an appointment.
1. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
2. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where NEW customer base can flourish.
3. Responsible for driving sales, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and meeting agreed targets, also promoting the organization’s presence throughout the allocated region.
4. Ensure that all sales activities are in accordance with the guidelines of C-Zentrix code of Conduct.
5. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team (in near future) by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.
Role
1. Generate leads through calling to get to the right CxO Level Contact.
2. Perform secondary research to gather information about the contacts, assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
3. Engage with IT Head/CIO to understand the current technology deployed and business applications used in organization with a perspective of understanding gaps.
4. Pitch for our Products and Services to schedule an appointment.
