Roles and Responsibilities -
Project initiation, scope, contract & risk management
• Project planning & control, timeline, schedule, milestones & resource management
• Quality delivery & project goals
• Interdisciplinary department coordination- flag any delays and call for internal meeting to
take corrective actions.
• Project monitoring & control via tracking tools SAP, MS Office.
• Project updating with internal, management & customer reports
• Project buy off
• Lesson learn & continuous improvements
• Prepares detailed project schedule, project organization chart (with resource listing) with
team leads.
• Prepare and clarify Acceptance Criteria which will be acceptable to customer as per project
handover
• Day-to-day follow-up of the project, Weekly update PRM to Management.
• If any process changes by customer resulting in cost or time delays, same to be
communicated to Sales team for Pricing and schedule and cost change to be informed to
customer.
• Prepare and be present for Design Approval meetings with customers
• Prepare, submit & follow-up proforma invoices for payments as per agreed schedules
• Project time tracking and follow-up
• Weekly reports on time tracking
• Monitor progress and Establish Regular Meetings.
• Support monthly invoicing process by preparing invoice annexure.
• Communicate a vision with the team and Customer.
• Project sign-off and handover.
