We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant
Operations Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this
role is to collaborate closely with the Operations Manager in
overseeing and optimizing daily operations. The ideal candidate for
this role will possess a combination of strong leadership skills,
excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Additionally, proficiency in utilizing AI tools and technology to
optimize operations will be highly advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management,
or related field.
Proven experience in office management, client interaction,
and project coordination.
Familiarity with AI tools.
Strong IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic
technical issues.
Experience in client-facing roles of customer relationship
management (CRM).
Excellent communication, organizational, and
problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
team members.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Knowledge of office productivity software (., Microsoft
Office Suite, G Suite).
