Job Description

Minimum qualification Graduation

Minimum 5years of experience is a must of which minimum 2 years of experience as Team Manager / Team Leader / First Level Manager in Ecom process or Banking Customer service process

Must have experience in BPO sector.

Strong Communication Skills

Should have basic understanding of Operational Metrics, Coaching and Conflict management is expected from the role.
