Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, the person will be responsible for all things related to our Pickup & Delivery partner experience on the Swiggy platform.
He/she will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding of multiple partners on the platform and ensuring they have best in the class experience of Onboarding on the platform.
He/she will also need to have a keen eye for relevant SOP and be able to help drive roadmaps and execution basis this knowledge.
The person should be a go-getter with the ability to multi-task and stay on top of a lot of things simultaneously.
The person should be able to think about the smooth operations of SNO. A strong background of operations will be added bonus.
This person would be the champion and has the ability of man-management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong data and process orientation - ability to understand existing process and work
accordingly
Experience managing and maintaining team sprite.
Ability to facilitate inter-departmental meetings and achieve the given target. Excellent
communications skills, both written and verbal. Ability to set strong process and driving the
same in order to maintain best in class partner experience.
Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished, keeping an open and positive
attitude • Prior experience running large support teams is an added advantage
Total work experience of 3+ years must be a graduate with 2-3yrs for relevant work
experience
