Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion.
· Creating business plans to support the companys financial objectives.
· Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
· Creating and Supporting sales teams for increasing client base and retention of existing clients.
· Builds company image by collaborating with Private, Government and Corporate Sectors
· Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
· Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
· Ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets and managing employees.
· Should develop a strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives
