Our company is looking for a Manager who has great knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) with excellent communication skills. Outstanding organizational and Leadership skills who can coordinate processes and operations across the organization. Make a strategy and set a goal for the company Growth. Must have at least more than 10 years of experience in Heath care or Medical Equipment Sector.

Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion.

· Creating business plans to support the companys financial objectives.

· Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships

· Creating and Supporting sales teams for increasing client base and retention of existing clients.

· Builds company image by collaborating with Private, Government and Corporate Sectors

· Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

· Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

· Ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets and managing employees.

· Should develop a strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives
