Roles and Responsibilities

Inspect incoming RM, PM, other materials against standard specifications

Perform online inspection against standard specifications

Perform Pre-Dispatch inspection

Reject and Report materials failing to meet Quality Standards / Expectations

Ensure correct and complete labeling for RM, WIP, FG, PM, and other materials.

Prepare documentation of inspection processes.

Guide and explain to the production department about quality processes.

Implement Kaizen where necessary to enhance product quality

Develop and follow sampling procedures.

Training workforce about product quality and ensuring KAIZENs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate degree (preferably Any Degree)

Basic Knowledge of QC Instruments and Equipment like vernier, micrometer, caliper, etc.

Prior production/QA experience preferred.

Above average proficiency in MS Office, Email, and computer basics
