Manage daily aspects of the department

· To ensure the work given meets deadlines

· Dealing with queries via phone calls and emails

· Managing Diaries, scheduling meetings, flight booking, room booking etc.

· Arriving travel, postal deliveries

· Proficient with MS Office and computer skills

· Curating . and typing letters, reports updating digital records etc.

· Printing and Photocopying, ordering office supplies when need be.
