Must be able to create Welding Procedures and instructions (Good Welding knowledge and welding/hardfacing ability) ;good knowledge about Welding equipment and accessories.
Demonstrated general business understanding and cost of manufacturing.
Proactive utilization of the existing resources (effective management and planning).
Good organizer and problem solver.
Good Leadership skills (able to organize and control workforce).
Outgoing personality, in order to interact with internal and external customers at all levels.
Willingness and ability to travel to visit Customers.
Proficient in MS Office working knowledge in AUTOCAD

Estimation of Sales RFQ
Production&Planning:
To deliver in full and on time Integra Welding/Hardfacing services in-house.
To ensure that all defined quality and maintenance protocols are followed, and that scheduled delivery dates are adhered to.
To look after the welfare of the welding team (Safety and wellbeing).
Recording the Integra Production data on a regular basis.
To ensure that the ERP System is maintained and utilized correctly.
To ensure that there is a system of continuous improvement and learning in the Integra Department (Junior Engineer and Welding team).

To be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees according to recognised Health & Safety Standards, and to ensure that employees have a healthy and safe environment in which to work.
