Negotiating Terms: Discussing salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with candidates.
Onboarding New Employees: Facilitating the integration of new hires into the team and ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience.
Ensuring Compliance: Making sure the hiring process adheres to all legal regulations and best practices.
