• As to be work with the team of members.
• Have to source a Candidate through Portals, Social media, Newspapers, Advertisement, etc…
• The person is expected to demonstrate strong process orientation about various HR practices, liaise with his manager and drive his team to ensure all HR services are delivered timely and effectively.
• The incumbent must have strong interpersonal skills with the capabilities to work in the team with pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; exit interviews.
• Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
• Resolving employee grievances.
• The Guidelines given by the management as to be maintained. Implementing the policies as per the management decisions.
• Planning, monitoring and appraising job results contributing towards team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assisting the Senior Manager in the Department.
• The job requires high attention to detail and a strong commitment to employee service.
• The person in the role must have the ability to monitor and review process on a regular basis to ensure high quality work consistently.
