Broadly speaking, the role revolves around managing a team of recruitment professionals and Internal HR Managers to take care of ALL the HR & recruitment-related activities within the organization and be the single point of contact for the Management for the Human Resources Department.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment
Conducting periodic recruitment reviews to understand the company’s Manpower requirements and accordingly planning the recruitment activities.
Helping the Recruiters in building the Job Descriptions for various roles.
Onboarding and maintaining relationships with Recruitment Consultants as and when required.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers, and managing orientation and onboarding process.
Be the single point of contact for all Recruitment activities.
Internal HR
Maintaining a healthy work environment for employees, making sure that they get the right support and engagement.
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the Management Team for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures, and practices on Human Resource matters.
Help the HR Team with the monthly payroll execution.
Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
Eligibility

Fluent in Verbal and Written English.
Must have a laptop or desktop to work.
Prior startup experience is mandatory to be shortlisted.
