Requirement:

 Experience & Qualification: 3-6 Years (MBA -HR, MSW)

 Location: Andheri Mumbai

 Reporting to: CEO –

 CTC Range: 4-6 lakhs

 Additional Perks: ESOPs

Job Responsibilities:

Initial Focus:

60% - Recruitment

40% - General HR responsibilities – From employee entry to exit including payroll

Ideal Candidate:

 Must have solution mindset with passion to solve customer and company problem areas

to bring efficiency and customer experience.

 Must have excellent communication to be able to manage the stakeholders.

 Must have hands-on experience in Retail / Distribution /E-Commerce platforms

 Must have hired and built high-performing teams

 Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with high growth and developing clarity from ambiguity.
