 Responsible for Estimation of cost & preparation of budget.

 Organizing workflow accordingly to meet deadlines.

 Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately

 Screen creation to determine issues.

 Provide training and support to the team

 Oversee and assess the presentation of creation staff (quality controllers, laborers, etc.)

 Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment, etc.

 Ensuring that output should meet with quality standards.

 Implement health and safety precautions.

 Report to senior management.

 Good Knowledge of Production Management.

 Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.

 Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.

 Resolving labor disputes, where requested.

 Experience in reporting on key production metrics.

 Good Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.

 Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.

 Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.

 Handling of supply chain management.

 Knowledge of six sigma & Kaizen.
