Job Responsibilities:
Originate and develop new photovoltaic projects.
OPEX/CAPEX business lead generation for solar projects.
Lead deal structuring and commercial negotiations with client and other key market players for the acquisition of pipelines or establishment of JVs and other possible partnerships.
Properly assess the commercial & contractual terms of each opportunity ensuring its economic viability. Also evaluating & understanding both the business and the financial model.
Ensure projects reach ready to build status by managing the relationship with the relevant stakeholders such as investor, developers, authorities, land & roof owners, grid operators, off-takers, advisors, EPC Contractors, etc.
Link and work with local authorities, utility companies and private entities as well as with financial institutions, funds, potential investors and buyers implementing the strategic partnerships for the country.
Thoroughly read and understand the RFP/ RFQ/ bid documents for solar projects and other infrastructure business as per company’s strategy.
Detailed analysis of the bill and load consumption data of the clients. • Detailed analysis of the net-metering, open access policies of the relevant states.
Detailed knowledge of open access charges (CSS/AS/wheeling charges/transmission charge of states by extracting it from the ARR orders passed by the relevant SERCs.
Coordinate with Design and Engineering, Supply chain management (SCM) and the Reporting Manager to workout accurate & cost efficient estimates in timely manner.
Preparation of cost for techno-commercial proposal for EPC of Rooftop/ Ground Projects.
Keeping track of price & getting validated in coordination with SCM to make offerings more accurate & attractive.
Drafting contract/purchase orders. • Basic understanding of SCC & GCC
