Roles and Responsibilities:
· Identifying new sales leads
· Study the lead and have a customized sale pitch
· Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers(Relationship Management)
· Identify new markets and new customer needs, upsell and cross-sell other services as per customer business needs, Know the customer well and make a customized offering
· In-depth analysis and Mapping of the prospective customer/client, to connect with the decision maker
· Regular business meetings with prospective clients and follow-up.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
· Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services and new offerings
· Developing quotes and proposals
· Regular training and upgradation on the subject matter and actively sharing industry case study's Self and team
· Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
· Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
· Work closely with internal customer to get the delivery and service fulfilment
· Data management: CRM, Sales Funnel & Sales Pipeline
