Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring day-to-day operations
Performance review of team members
Analyzing gaps in employee performance and addressing them
Creating company policies and procedures
Implementing methods and processes to streamline HR operations
Hiring and sourcing new candidates
Defining pay structure and managing payroll
Improving employee engagement through activities and initiatives
Creating and meeting deadlines, goals, and targets
Maintaining accurate HR records and employee information
Overseeing employee benefits and compensation
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Conducting exit interviews and analyzing employee turnover rates
Providing guidance and support to managers and team leaders
Contributing to the overall growth and development of the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management or Commerce, (HR Specialization will be preferred)
+1 Experience
Ability to work in a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with softwares such as Excel, Word etc
Have experience on working with HRIS.
