Responsibilities:
Assist in Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Learn the basics of recruitment by helping to source and screen candidates across various roles.
Support On boarding Processes: Help with new hire on boarding, including preparing welcome materials and assisting with documentation.
Data Management: Maintain HR records, databases, and recruitment data in Excel.
Draft Basic HR Documents: Assist in creating appointment letters and other HR-related paperwork.
Assist with Payroll Processing: Support payroll tasks under guidance from senior HR team members.
Employee Engagement Support: Participate in organizing events and engagement activities for team building.
Learn HR Compliance and Policies: Gain an understanding of basic HR policies and labour law essentials.
Provide Administrative Support: Help with day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling interviews, and managing HR documentation.
Requirements:
Graduation is a must or MBA would be added advantage.
Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources with a willingness to learn new HR processes.
Professional communication style for interacting with candidates and employees.
Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, is beneficial.
A focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A warm personality that helps make new hires feel welcomed and supported.
