Create and circulate MIS giving updates Manpower Requisition & JD
Follow a defined process of manpower requisition form to trigger the process Ensure JD are in place for all recruitment positions

Evaluate and select best portal services suiting our requirements
Ensure recruiters are trained for best use of portals and improved search skills Conduct search for positions on portals, provide shortlisted candidate for screening to recruitment managers
Use portal help to refine searches
Recruitment Agencies
Use defined process to enlist recruitment agencies
Track performance of the agencies with the use defined process
Use of Social Media
LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter handle, to be used for sourcing and creating brand awareness amongst candidates
Actively update company profile and opening on social media platforms
Sourcing through Personal Network
Send out requirements to networks outlining clear profile specifications
Follow defined SOPs in using network, forwarding profiles, and soliciting candidates
Follow a standard procedure in responding to reference candidates, both for shortlisted and rejected
Create data bank of network influencers, community outreach volunteers for ease of use and retrieval
Procedure to appreciate a referee whose candidate has been selected
Processing incoming resumes
Use standard formats for compilation and presentation to recruiting manager Create and use tracking sheets to map progress on any open position
Using standard response time system to deal with resumes and especially responded ones
Hold telephonic / web initial screening interviews by following standard questionnaire to gather/ verify / clarify required information
