We at NFCI are looking for an HR Manager to inculcate the following Rules And Responsibilities
1. Ultimate Goal of the HR & Training Manager is to look after the Effective, Streamlined & Smooth Operations of the Organization through various HR domains.
2. Effective & timely (within deadlines) execution of the overall Recruitment Process, which may include
3. Prepare and maintain job documentation, and job evaluation system in coordination with the respective department and the authority.
4. Evaluating Vacant Profiles in various departments in coordination with respective HODs.
5. Sourcing & Screen resumes from different sources (Portal, Advertisement, Staff referral, Placement Consultants, etc.) as per Standard JDs.
6. Taking telephonic round & if found suitable, Schedule an Interview in coordination with the Department HOD & Management.
7. Conducting Preliminary interviews, Document verification & conducting technical tests as per the vacancy.
8. If the first round is clear, forwarding & coordinating for further interactions.
9. Final Negotiations & Raising Offers.
10. Completing Employee Joining formalities & Joining Kit well before joining date.
11. Conduct the Induction and employee orientation process. Coordinating with Training heads through the Induction Program of a newly recruited team member.
12. Participate in Performance Management System.
13. Identifying Training Needs and developing a delivery plan for the same in coordination with the Training Manager & Department HOD.
14. Recommend, develop, schedule & arrange Staff Monthly/Annually training programs and development courses.
15. Plan & execute various employee engagement/staff welfare activities.
16. Monthly Attendance, Payroll & Compliances as per set standards.
17. Maintaining Employee Database/ Files Branch wise and regular updates of Documents in those files.
18. Staff Grievances Handling.
19. Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documents
