AGPHR, where professionalism meets precision. We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to handle payroll management and statutory compliance for our growing team.
Maintain payroll records: Track employee attendance, leave balances, overtime, and salary deductions accurately.
Process monthly payroll in a timely and error-free manner.
Handle statutory compliance filings, including:
Provident Fund (PF)
Employee State Insurance (ESI)
Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
Professional Tax (PT)
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory reports and returns.
Coordinate with finance and HR teams for reconciliations and audits.
Stay updated with the latest statutory regulations and ensure 100% compliance.
Address employee queries related to payroll and deductions.
Manage documentation and records related to payroll and compliance audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or HR (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
2–3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Solid knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and other labour laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll management software (., GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, etc.).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
