Job Description

Develop product line with differentiation on product with higher ASP, Margin and Premiumization.

• Develops the strategy, directs the development and implementation of company’s product portfolio.

• Maximize incremental revenue through consumer purchase frequency and share of requirements.

• Works closely with Procurement to identify new product concepts and bring to market quickly.

• Directs pricing strategy to achieve greatest impact while playing a key role into promotion strategy and

effectiveness.

• Responsible for developing and executing the strategic plans for the overall new product portfolio and

commercializing.

• Creates, develops and delivers strategic innovation projects that will produce a competitive advantage

in the marketplace.

• Deliver the new product revenue goals set by the organization

• Strong leader with excellent management skills who is able to motivate and innovate on a daily basis.
