expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and be dedicated to creating and applying an
effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong
relationships with clients.
A Business Development Manager is a professional responsible for their department's growth. They work with
their sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and communicate
effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Degree in business management, marketing, or related
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
Masters degree (MBA) is preferred.
Must have skills in real estate field.
Strong understanding of Staffing and Recruitment.
Must know about contract staffing and permanent staffing with a good network in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and identify potential clients
Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships
Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
Develop and implement sales strategies, and retention plans and analyze sales data to inform or update
marketing strategies
Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other
documents as required
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Identify new business opportunities and partners
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of
management, staff, and clients.
